We stayed at the hotel for a few nights in September.
There were several problems with the place (namely hygiene and cleanliness),
Mattress was extremely saggy, with thin mattress topper which was very heavily stained, very scratchy and bobbly bed linen, which almost felt like it hadn't been washed between guests.
Bedcover was filthy and black with dirt along the edges
Despite "welcome book " saying the fruit and cereal would be on offer to guests, we were only offered bread, when I asked about fruit and cereal my request was ignored.
The "welcome book" said it was reluctant to change bath towels more than once every 5 days, but it would if placed in bath. We placed a towel in the bath after 3 days, but this was ignored. Incidentally the towels were covered in bleach stains.
There were numerous cobwebs in the room and in the bathroom, lots of dust around the lamps, which suggested that the room was unclean or hadn't been cleaned for some time.
On the terracotta floor of room, despite owner saying this had been cleaned between guests, as soon as we walked around the room, we picked up bits of dirt and out feet became very dirty
The steep stairs leading down to the lower rooms were quite treacherous, my husband almost slipped twice. A couple of the lights leading up to the steps didn't work.
