We have been going to this place for over 25 years. Always friendly service and good food. This is one of the places I recommend to visitors.

Old time decor set in the Spenard district of Anchorage.They have all the American style breakfast foods. Small restaurant, hole in the wall style with a diner bar. Big comfy booths are available in the main seating areas of the restaurant along with tables.They have hot coffee and good service. Only open breakfast/ lunch hours, close at 3pm. Good value and service for the price. Bulletin board of the local goings-on available at the entrance, which I enjoyed looking at to give me a vibe of the city.

Came in one morning and wanted to eat at a brand new place in Anchorage. Decided on Jackie's place and will definitely come again. Ordered the breakfast special that came with eggs, toast, choice of meat and home fries and my wife had the club sandwich. Bring your appetite! Can't wait to come again and try the other things on the menu. Price is very reasonable!

Wanted to try some local flavor and this place got great reviews. Breakfast was good but nothing fantastic. Blueberry pancakes were a little chewy and the biscuits were super dense. It was a bit pricey for the food and service we received.
