“Perfect Lunch Spot”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

This review is limited to luch time, have not been to Ginger for dinner. As far as the lunch goes I can say it is fabulous. Very well prepared and amazingly inexpensive. The lemon soup really has dynamic flavors and is very much worth a try. Great service and nice atmosphere only serve to enhance extremely good food.

“Excellent- repeat business for sure”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

Very well thought -out menu. Almost a surprise, given it's non-descript location. Pan Asian apparently also includes a nice selection of wine and daily fresh fresh fish. Ginger infused dishes have just enough spice and vibrancy, but aren't pretentious. Try the ample salads to start and eat whatever they recommend as fresh on the day. But forget the salad during winter -- too hard for local chefs to get truly fresh delicate greens.

Stopped in without reservations and were seated in the bar area. Tables were set up overlooking a beautiful bar. Same menu and great service. Shared several tapas plates and each one kept getting better than the one before it. Nice wine list.

“Not such an impressive lunch”
Reviewed September 29, 2012

Went here for lunch on a Friday. It was pretty quiet, the restaurant was nice and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the food was average at best. I had the fried pork purses which were really dried out and had very little filling. Followed up with the mee krob, which had more of the same very dry pork mince which didn't add anything to the dish. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. I probably wouldn't bother going here again.

“Great dining experience!”
Reviewed September 25, 2012 via mobile

Good food, great atmosphere, and a friendly, attentive waiter. What more could you want? I highly recommend ginger. The Alaska made ice cream for dessert was a nice way to end the evening.
