“A wonderful first impression of the taste of Alaska”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

The Kinkaid Grill is a classic fine dinning restaurant, conveniently located a couple miles south of the international airport. This was our first dinner in Alaska, and we really enjoyed it. My husband had the seafood fusion soup full of flavors, and the scallops were very fresh and tender. I had the seafood special as halibut that was delicious.

“Wonderful food; good location”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

We were near the airport for a brief overnight. We were so happy not to have to go downtown for a good dinner. The Kinkaid Grill is conveniently located, the food is scrumptious, the atmosphere is upscale and calm; the wait staff terrific. I had the ciopinni which had a generous assortment of perfectly prepared seafood in a pleasant soup; the poached pear salad was terrific. My husband had lucious halibut. HIghly recommend!

“Best dinner in Anchorage!”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Wonderful meal. The seafood fusion soup was delicate yet powerful in flavor. The scallops were nicely seared and fresh tender. Restaurant is not in the center of town, but not far, but if you are looking for well executed food in Anchorage, this is the place. Enjoy!

“Don't judge a book by its cover!”

Pleasantly surprised with the restaurant as the exterior has no give-aways to the quality experience within. Good food. Fast and easy service. Would happily return

“Best upscale restaurant in Anchorage”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

This isn't downtown and is nothing to look at from the outside. It's rather elegant inside with good staff, very fine food (duck confit was terrific, perfectly crisped), quiet. Go there.
