“Sweetest Long Island Ice Teas!”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

Lost my long island ice tea virginity here and talk about starting with a bang! Greatest tasting long island according to my seasoned sister!

Loved the true American bar feel the place had. Others were friendly and happy to talk. Quick service with a smile. Food was very good.

“Pretty mediocre”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

For $16 you get crab salad on a cold roll. More salad than roll. Completely unadorned with anything. Roll dry. Asked for well done french frys, the only thing that came with, and they came out underdone.

Appears to appeal big to the tourist crowd. About the worst meal so far after a week in Alaska.

The calamari was awful, the rest of the dishes were poor to average. You would see Better food at a pizzeria. ...

“Uh, It's OK”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

Went to Humphey's mostly because of the the TV show 'Man vs. Food. This is the place where Adam does the food challenge of eating something like six pounds of food, including king crab legs, sea food cakes (I think they were Salmon), reindeer sausage, and sides as well as a berry cobbler. We split the meal between three of us, myself, husband and thirteen year old son. First off you seat your self. As it is a touristy place, and is crowded, people hover around your table as to have dibs when you are about to leave. A little uncomfortable to say the least. The wait for the food after we placed the order was more than 30 minutes. When it arrived, it was luke warm. The best part of the meal really was the dessert, which we took back to our B and B and ate with breakfast the next morning. The meal was $159.99. If the crab legs would have been warm as well as the other food, it may have been worth it. Overall it was just OK. There has to be better places than this in Anchorage to eat.

“Great Food & Atmosphere!”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

It's a little pricey, but what isn't in Anchorage? The food and beer were great. The atmosphere made it so much fun. We've been there before and we'll go again!
