I was pleasantly surprised by Orso. It is owned by the Glacier Brewhouse, which is next door. My husband tried several beers on tap from the brewery and was pleased. I had a Fireweed Cosmo Martini and an IPA. I was happy.

During happy hour, there are half priced appetizers. We arrived after 4pm and took full advantage. We ate every morsel of the Caprese salad, Crab Cakes, Cambozola (mixed plate of olives, cheese, etc.), and Seafood Verde (was my favorite- fresh and abundant).

We were tempted to return during our stay, but we opted to explore other locations. As an aside, we had lunch at the Glacier Brewhouse, and it was enjoyable as well. I preferred Orso because of the intimate and vibey atmosphere. It reminded me of a New York bar/restaurant.

Definitely, worth the time.

We were a party of 5 (3 adult and 2 kids) looking for lunch, passed by the restaurant and decided to hop in. The service was one of the fastest and friendliest we ever encountered and the food was awesome (try the seafood fussily!) . Very generous potions so kids can easily share an adult item. Prices - compared to Alaska - are reasonable too! - we ended with a ~100 USD for 5 (2 sharing) - for a entreees+drinks. They serve awesome bread+hummus dip so you may want to skip the appetizers if you are not very hungry (as said - the entrees are generous)
