“Always a great place to hang out for an hour or two.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2014

Kids of all ages can do lots of hands on experiments here. Very cool. Giant bubbles and kinetic energy, giant ball drop, all kinds of cool science stuff, and plenty of benches and bathrooms nearby, too.

“Imaginarium rocks!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2014

We loved the science exhibits here and went back time after time to really explore them. Build an earthquake-resistant house, make waves that hit a tidal flat, make a hot air balloon rise, use pulleys to pull yourself up with one hand.... Visit earlier in the day and when the weather's nice to avoid the crowds. Use your membership at another science museum (part of the Passport Program) and get in for free!

“Lots of Fun for the Whole Family”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2014

This is inside the Museum, and it is a great hands on place for kids and adults of all ages. Our one year old had a blast along with the "two Adults" in tow! Great way to get some energy release.

“Great Hands-on Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 16, 2014

What a great way to spend a few hours with your children. They can experience and learn from science first hand. Admission is included in the cost of museum admission. A must do for families with kids!

one of the funnest things to do in anchorage, great for adults and kids! we just wanted to get out of the cold for a few hours, thats why we did it, but we are so glad we did, great science facts and so many fun things to do, you could easily spend a whole day here, and thats without the kids in tow!
