“FROZEN BEAUTY”
Reviewed January 4, 2014

Nice boardwalk. Access from Seward Highway. No wildlife seen on New Years Eve day, but it was nice to see the expansive snow area.

“Peaceful”
Reviewed December 26, 2013

We spent a little time here on our way to Seward. It was a great place to stop off and walk around. The walkway around the marsh is a great way to get a close look at the marsh and the wildlife. It was very peaceful.

“Great views, lovely walkways”
Reviewed December 5, 2013

We enjoyed the fact that Potter Marsh is on the very outskirts of Anchorage. It is a reclaimed area, lush with birds and wildlife. It has thousands of feet of boardwalks, great education/information boards, excellent parking and clean restroom facilities, and it's free. We loved seeing two bald eagles playing the air with one another, and also enjoyed the surrounding views.

“Beautiful drive, great walk.”
Reviewed December 3, 2013

There were not very many birds when we chose to go, but the drive and the walk were gorgeous. We did end up seeing a moose.

“vast peace”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

Walked on the boardwalk to try and see some birds and fish. Saw quite a few salmon and some duck. It was peaceful and relaxing to take in the environment.
