At lot of locals and a favorite of the many cargo pilots that pass through Anchorage. I had the French onion soup and wife had pasta - all very good. They have a "carve your own cheese station - unusual and a neat feature.

F-street is not fancy. It's not big. What it is is a great place to eat and if you sit at the smaller bar you get to watch food being prepared by a couple of friendly chefs.

Best place to eat in Anchorage, highly recommend to those looking for great food. Open seating so get there before the rush.

I ordered the halibut sandwich and it was delicious. The fish was so fresh and well seasoned. The lettuce was crisp and the bun had a great taste as well. I got a caesar salad as my side and it is in the top 5 of my favorite Caesar salads. Very impressed. Reasonably priced for seafood.

We arrived in Anchorage and needed lunch. Staying at the Comfort Inn on Ship Creek, our best option was to take the Ulu shuttle to downtown and our driver, Maddie suggested the F Street Station. We were served in a timely manner and enjoyed a Halibut Sandwich and fries which were delicious. On the way back to the hotel, we met our friends and went again for them to enjoy lunch. We enjoyed another beer. This is a great local place to enjoy lunch.
