F Street is definitely a local favorite. Establishments that serve amazing food, have a full bar, and are open bar hours are hard to come by in this town. Definitely recommend the Hot Turkey Sandwich, as well as the Halibut Sandwich! One thing to know is that this place is that it is almost always packed, and seating is very limited. You may have to stand around until a table opens up but its usually worth the wait.

Went here for lunch with a group of 6 and it was great. The place has a lot of character (and a few characters!). Both the beers and the sandwiches were really good. There is a huge block of cheese sitting on the bar with a sign that says Do not touch. For display only. Got to ask the server about it. Funny story. And help yourself by the way!

Best Moscow mules, fresh halibut, salmon and delicious salads - sit at the bar and watch the magic happen as the cooks make everything fresh! Waitresses are pretty awesome too!

Recommended by staff at a restaurant. Appears to be a local crowd favorite. Small with two bar counters and bar tables around. Had the halibut sandwich and my husband had crab sandwich. Both were good. Saw someone else having soup that looked really good. Staff friendly, service good, margaritas good. If you are,walking around downtown good place to stop for a drink and lunch.

We happened on F Street Station while walking in downtown Anchorage and stopped to a drink. It is obviously la local hangout. We just had drinks but the food looked good and the restaurant is obviously popular. My issue was with service which was very surly and not inviting.
