“We kept coming back”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

Though it was December in this lovely village with its port overlooking the huge Bassin de Thau the weather couldn't have been milder. We loved the casual La Maison de Camille with its outdoor tables overlooking the charming port. We returned several times for lunch and the changing daily quiche and salad washed down with a carafe of a local Rose' wine. Our dessert, which we shared, was always the delicious caramel crepe with a dollop of caramel ice cream. Excellent service and modestly priced. A wonderful way to watch locals and tourists promenade and the beautiful boats coming in and out in the lovely Marseillan.

“Great Location - Ok food”
Reviewed September 25, 2012

This place is in a great location - right in the heart of the marina - the staff were (relatively) friendly.
Food was ok - not great. Salad had no dressing or 'heart' thrown in to it. Pancakes were ok if a bit stodgy.
Worth trying if you are in the area though as it's the best on the waterfront amongst all the other tourist traps ; )

“Relaxed, unhurried, sophisticated & excellent value for money”
Reviewed September 22, 2012 via mobile

We loved the fact that we could wander into this place and watch the world go by with drinks, coffees, ice cream or just a delicious light salad ( quite welcome after many heavier meals ) and not feel rushed or that we had walked into a tourist trap. It has quite a cosmopolitan & sophisticated feel just like walking into a nice brasserie at home . It quickly became a daily haunt. We loved it.

“So nice we ate there twice”
Reviewed September 21, 2012

Lunch and evening meal today were taken care of beautifully by Maison de Camille. Does what it says on the tin excellently - crepes, gallettes, salads, cocktails, glacé and some lovely little tapas dishes. Great value, service, food and ambience, very confidently recommend to anyone wanting to eat well for a very reasonable price.

“Nice place for tapas and a drink”
Reviewed September 4, 2012 via mobile

Lovely terrace with good chairs just to sit and have a drink. View of the small harbour of Marseillan and the people walking past. The restaurant does tapas, crèpes and salads, and does them very well. Service is pleasant. Recommend.
