“A taste of the past”
Reviewed July 11, 2012

Interesting tour at VERY fair price, English language version was particularly well received. who'd have thought it? We all thought 007 drank the 'right one' that's Martini! Original dry is still the 'only one' for me, fascinating and i had no idea it was originally from Marseillan.

“What a gem”

Excellent tour by Lisa. I thought that I had seen enough of visits to distilleries etc but this one had a real sense of history and occasion in a wonderful setting.

“Only place to buy Noilly Ambre”
Reviewed June 9, 2012

Very informative tour in small groups with English speaking guide. Discovered there are 3 types of Noilly- the red, white and the Ambre. The latter is indeed gold coloured and made in very small quantities. You can not buy it outside Marseillan where Noilly Prat have their production. It is amazing as a desert wine and equally good with ice-cream sundaes.

“Like it or leave it”
Reviewed June 3, 2012

Produced in Marseillan this liqueur like most, is very much a personal taste. It does however work very well as a cooking ingredient with the predominately seafood local specialities, particularly in a creamy leek sace with scallops(cocquille St. Jacques)

“tour of Noilly Prat”

We had a nice tour of the Noilly Prat plant as well as a tasting. The Vermouth has a fascinating history and for martini buffs well worth the time!
