Taking my Aussie dad to a sounders game for the first time... Well the fine folks of trip advisor suggested this
Fine establishment, and what a great recommendation it was. My dad tried his very first philly cheese steak sub and I had the eggplant parm sub. 12 inches was WAY too much but it was totally yummy! The lemonade was sweet and tart and my dad had an awesome Americana experience!! Thanks Tats.

“authentic”
Reviewed March 6, 2014

had read about tat's during my pre visit research...coming from a hoagie city gives me the right to judge authentically....got there just before the lunch rush..tables starting to fill up..while in line i perused the extensive menu...very clear, descriptive, and varied...chose the tuna, which when asked if it was fresh, the cashier responded, "very!"...friendly, efficient service...clean, and well ordered....the hoagie roll was excellent, which really makes the sandwich what it is...tuna was tasty and not smashed up to an unidentifiable mess...extra pickles and peppers on the side were plentiful and didn't cost extra....price was a little steep compared to philly, but sandwich was worth it....a must visit if you like samiches!!!

“Good? For sure. The best?”
Reviewed March 2, 2014

Had lunch here because of it's #1 in Seattle status. Cheesesteak had plenty of meat, but the quality of meat itself wasn't overwhelming. Fries were OK, more on the soggy side. I would skip the cheesesteak and go for the pastrami next time. Overall, they were on the better side of average, but I'm not sure why they are #1.

“Best pastrami ever!”
Reviewed March 1, 2014 via mobile

Had late lunch here and did not have to wait in line. The pastrami was excellent, different from any pastrami we've ever had! Tender, flavorful meat with tasty dressing and soft warm bread. Very filling and delicious. A great find in pioneer square - hope to return next time we visit Seattle.

“One of the best deli sandwiches”
Reviewed February 17, 2014

The Tat'strami sandwich will knock your socks off. Be prepared to wait a bit as the line gets to the door during lunchtime.
