This review is coming from a pastry snob and a gal who took a year and half off from career in medicine to go to pastry school. There are FAR better pastry shops out there in Seattle. Check out Cafe Besalu, Crumble and Flake, and if you really want the full experience down to the personality, go to Ines Patisserie. For a cafe with a British inspiration head to Greenwood neighborhood and pop into Coyle's Bakeshop and try Chef Rachael's cretzels and cardamom pastries.
