Get here early, because if you come mid morning you WILL wait in a long line to get into Bakery Nouveau, and for good reason. While you are in line, you can watch the activity of the bakery in the back, wow they are busy turning out the most delectable baked goods anywhere in the city and far beyond. There sandwiches surpass even the best restaurants in Seattle, so open your wallet, and take care of the precious box of goodies and sandwiches you leave with. You will not be disappointed with a single item from this gift we have here in Seattle. Definitely world class, in a small cosy neighbourhood environment.

We actually went to the location on 15th. This place has amazing and unique desserts and sandwiches. We nearly bought everything to try as there were seven in our party and we bought two desserts per person to share a bite with everyone else. While some things were a favorite amongst all of us and others specific to certain ones of us, all of us agreed it was delicious!!!!

They have the best croissants...all of 'em-plain, chocolate & almond croissants! Tried some of the other pastries as well and were all delish! The pizza looked awesome as did the sandwiches. I'm not much of a pastry person but when I'm craving for a chocolate croissant, this is where it's at!!!

Small little place on California Ave. The place was packed full of people and the line was almost out the door. The line goes pretty quick though so don't be discouraged. I ended up choosing 2 macarons, lavender and passion fruit, the phoenix mousse cake (this is their award winning item) and the twice baked almond croissant. The macarons were ok, I've had better. The phoenix cake was delicious! Definitely a must if it's your first visit here. The twice baked almond croissant was also very tasty. I can't say for sure which one I liked best, we'll just call it a tie. Definitely recommend both items. the croissant would've been a good compliment to a cup of coffee. Definitely go!

This place is located in West Seattle. Once you eat here, you will compare all other bakeries against it. Sometimes you will come and the line is out the door and down the street. Everything is outstanding.The owner is a world-class chef.
