I wanted to share how impressed I am with the customer service - we were on vacation and purchased $300 worth of King Salmon and Coho - we triggered the delivery till after we returned. As it turns out, the delivery was impacted by Hurricane Dorian - FedEx was not able to deliver the fish till 4 days after it was packed - of course, when we got it it was warm and smelly. I was so upset and thought I had wasted $380 worth of fish (and delivery change). I called Pike Place Fish Market and they totally took care of it - they shipped out the exact same order - no questions asked. I received it today, nice and cold and delivered as promised. I am so impressed with this purchase and the excellent customer service they provided. Thanks for making our vacation special (they let me catch a fish while I was there !), and making our return home equally pleasant.
