4 night stay for Seattle visit.
Hotel is so, so. Needs updating terribly.
Clean enough, but hallway on 2nd floor smells a bit stale.
Check in was swift. Staff was “nice enough.”
Rachel works the front desk in the evenings. Doesn’t smile much and really no eye contact at all. Answers questions robotically.
The window in room 211 was partly opened when I arrived. Very odd to me. The lock doesn’t work. Although on the second floor, I still had maintenance provide me a stick to place in the window. You can never be too safe; especially as a solo female traveler.
The heating/cooling unit takes roughly 10 min to work once you turn it on. Works well though.
The kitchen was so outdated and stove was filthy that I just didn’t even bother using it.
Breakfast is included and was your standing items.
Good hot water for shower
Mimi at front desk is nice
Rachel at front desk needs to cheer up
Probably wouldn’t stay again unless I HAD to.More
