Check in at 3 seemed quite late and inconvenient. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable enough and the service was good. The breakfast is a typical free hotel breakfast. The free parking was nice. The area seemed very seedy and I would not recommend to anyone with kids.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay with us. 3PM is the only time we can guarantee for Check In. We do offer early check in; However, it is based on availability. We want to make sure each room is ready for the next arriving guest, to do this, we need to give our housekeeping staff ample time to clean the guest rooms. I always suggest giving our Front Desk a call, as we can tell you if early check in is available for your stay. As far as our neighborhood goes, Seattle as a whole, has been over run by unsavory behavior. As a business, we have tried to improve our neighborhood, with little success. I invite you to please voice your concerns directly to the Seattle City Council. You can reach them via email at council@seattle.gov. We hope to have another chance to provide you with a superior experience, the next time you visit the Seattle area!

Kind Regards,

Its hard to find a hotel in Seattle below $ 200 a night that is not near the airport. So we tried this Comfort Inn - the parking is tight, the road noise can be heard from your room, and the bed pillows were tiny. Fortunately we won't be returning to Seattle any time soon because this city is getting way over priced. Hence why my daugther moved back to Michigan. Recommend another hotel unless you wear ear plugs.

This is a 2 star premises, exterior drab and in a seedy looking area, Bed and room clean and comfortable, bit noisy, wifi erratic, breakfast bottom line basic, excellent cheap quick bus to downtown and back almost outside door, Consider price too high for cruise season but was fully booked. Ashlee [I think] pleasant, others need to learn how to smile. Good for short stay

We had a kitchen and king bed for 4 days. We had space to park that didn't cost us extra. The room was large and we found everything to be clean. We didn't find the area to be as bad as we warned, in fact we rode the e-line twice, shopped, gassed up and did not have one bad experience. We didn't see any more homeless here than we did in downtown Seattle. The breakfast was exactly what you expect and we were pleased with what was offered. But the best part of staying here is the staff, Candice and Mimi helped us with the e-line several times. Candice told us if you have problems give us a call and we will get you back. We needed white noise to sleep and they borrowed us a fan. We would stay here again.

We left a previous hotel because it was unclean. They welcomed us with open arms. Though it is pricey it is great because it offers a full kitchen. It is clean and the staff is very helpful. We were down for a Mariners game and the I5 was completely backed up. Candice went out of her way to provide a map and bus/train route for us to take to the game. We arrived just in time and her details were perfect.
I would recommend this hotel. Thanks for the excellent service Candice. You made what could have been a disaster end to our vacation a memorable one.
