Clean, affordable place right in downtown Seattle. Wifi does not work half the time if it does it is slow. Nice complimentary breakfast. You can walk to see the 4th of July fireworks from here. It has no pool, but a good size hot tub.

Worst experience at Executive Hotel Pacific being overbooked which lead my cousins and I here at 10pm to find Lionel at the front desk to be the most friendly and helpful staff ever!

He helped us get a room, when no other hotels had any left at the last minute! If it wasn't for him, my cousins and I were either going to A) be seeping in the car or B) returning to Vancouver instead of staying for the long weekend...

We had the King Suite with full kitchen -- lovely room!
Only 2 downsides: I dislike when hotels only have "conditioning shampoo" and not a seperate conditioner. Wish I had packed my own shampoo + conditioner... but that's my fault.

Second downside, Monday morning, the gentleman cleaning the window outside our room (we were on ground floor) decided to strike up a 20 minute conversation with another employee, and this was between 8 - 9am... Check-out wasn't for a couple more hours and I wanted my sleep since I was going to be driving a few hours back. Told front desk staff about it, and she seemed to hardy care.... oh Lionel, where were you to be so nice?

Anyway, I would stay again, but hoping that whole "conversation outside a client's room window" doesn't happen again.....

I am so happy Lionel was able to provide you with excellent customer service and turn your Seattle visit from an unpleasant to an enjoyable one! As of today, we have replaced our conditioning shampoo with both shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the suite, eliminating the "shampoo-conditioner" combination. I do apologize for the disturbance regarding the window cleaning company and have informed them that in the future they will need to start later in the day. The front desk agent did immediately inform me of your issue and I spoke with the company immediately. I can assure you that the next time you stay, there most certainly won't be any disturbance outside a guest's window from the company! We hope to see you the next time you visit Seattle.

This hotel is affordable, clean and blocks from Space Needle. breakfast was excellent for continental. Rooms very clean and nice. Only downside was you had to pay for parking, which you will have to at any hotel. The charge at this hotel was 10.00 per night at time of visit.

I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, especially our continental breakfast we offer every morning. I have been working with Best Western to add additional items that I believe our guests will enjoy as well, so we hope you will come visit in the future to enjoy these changes. Regarding parking, as you mentioned, almost every hotel does charge as space is very limited in the downtown area. We have worked to ensure that our parking stays at a reasonable rate and extend the hours to 5 pm the day of check out so that guests may leave their vehicle parked while spending more time in the downtown area without having to pay the $4 per hour rate on the street. We hope you will come back and visit us again soon.

We stayed for 3 nights in June,
The room was the biggest we had on our 6 week tour of western America.
There was even room to stack our two suitcases in a separate area.
Large bed, good price, air conditioning that worked, the best breakfast (included) on our trip, and handy to the local bus.
Restaurants were handy, the best being the pizza place, above the whole foods store 200 metres away.
What really made this hotel stand out from the rest, was the service at reception.
We had booked a tour to the Boeing factory. The bus turned up, we got on, and it started touring the town. The tour company stuffed us up, and we were on a tour of the city.
We pointed this out to the driver, and as too late for Boeing we got the whole tour.
The reception staff then tried to get our money back, but the company refused.
3 phone calls, and the manager (Samantha) joining in, and demanding our refund, she finally won.
It doesn't get much better than that.
It will be all good if you are a tourist and stay here. (Even if you are not a tourist).

Room Tip: the one we had was great, room 303.

It was an absolute pleasure having you and your wife stay with us during your trip to the States. The staff here works hard to ensure that everyone has a wonderful stay with us, whether it be recommending restaurants, sites to see or resolving issues our guests have with other companies! We wish you the best on your next adventure and hope you will be able to come back and visit again.

Booked this hotel via Hostelworld.com and it pulled up as AAE Hotels & Hostels Loyal Inn. It was much, much cheaper booking this way rather than going through Best Western’s website.
We got room 101 on the ground floor on the right side of the hotel. Our window overlooks the parking lot. This room is right across from Housekeeping’s staff room or supply room. Every morning, we can hear the doors banging open/shut. The walls are very thin, we can hear people talking in the halls and walking around in the room above us. The room is also very close to the stairs that lead up stairs so a lot of traffic, a lot of noise. It’s close to the breakfast buffet room and business center.

The bathroom amenities include towels and hair dryer. There is soap and lotion via wall dispensers mounted on the wall over the sink. There is body wash, shampoo and conditioner via wall dispensers mounted on the wall in the shower/tub. I like the curved shower curtain rod. The curvature prevents the curtain from billowing inwards during the shower. The shower water pressure and drainage was good. The sink area is outside the bathroom area and there are limited hanging and no shelf space in the bathroom. It’s all outside.

Room amenities include, AC/heat unit, coffee/tea maker, two (very comfortable) queen beds and soft pillows, plenty of floor lamps, fridge and microwave, safe, large desk and large LCD TV.

There is wi-fi, the passcode changes every Monday. There is a business center with 2 computers (printing is free); there is a gym (two machines and a few weights) and buffet breakfast. All complimentary. Parking is $10 plus tax a day.

The hotel is within walking distance to the REI Flagship store, Space Needle and Whole Foods. Dicky’s Drive-in, a gas station and I-5 are also close by. Not too many restaurants in the area though.

When we returned from our side trip to Vancouver, we were given room 306. It’s a four level building but in this room, we hardly heard any overhead noise. The AC unit was changed one day. It was different when we came back from our day out. The set up is the same with minor differences like the hair dryer and AC unit. It’s an overall much quieter room. Being on the left side of the hotel and higher up, our window over looks Denny Park.

Wow! We appreciate you leaving such a detailed and helpful review for Trip Advisor users. We do work with hostelworld as a third party booking site which can offer discounted rates to sell rooms when availability is open. While third party websites are not able to guarantee a room type, they are a great resource for budget travelers visiting our city and is a popular choice for international guests as well. As you mentioned, we use shower dispensers in order to promote an environmentally friendly atmosphere at the hotel. It's always great when guests come back to stay with us again, so I am happy to see we were able to provide you with a quieter room as well. We hope to see you again the next time you visit Seattle!

Not a bad hotel overall, but DON'T SAY YOU HAVE INTERNET WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!! I stayed here several months ago and the internet only worked about 1/2 of the time. Just checked in again (employer directed travel and nothing else available) and the INTERNET DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please just fix it.

If you need the internet, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

I do apologize for any problems that occurred regarding our internet connection. Just recently we have signed a contract with a new company who will be installing a new fiber optic cable on the property. This will improve both our speed and connectivity greatly for the convenience of our guests! We do realize how important a secure internet connection and look forward to completing this project in the upcoming weeks.

I stayed at this hotel last week. The rooms were clean/comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing fantastic here, but I was very pleased. I thought the cost of the room was also very reasonable given its location and proximity to area attractions.
