Quick business trip to Seattle made me wishing for more business and time to see this amazing city. This hotel was perfect! The reclamation and redesign of this building into a hotel is award worthy!!

Great Stay
We had a great family stay over the long 4th of July weekend. We were close to the Mariners game, waterfront, and close to great
The staff at tplaces to eat like The Metropolation Grill. The front desk were friendly, the bell desk was helpful as well as the valet service. We also enjoyed the breakfast staff at Juno the downstairs restaurant, especially Kailong. Also, hanging out in the Arctic Club bar is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great place to stay
Cane to Seattle for the 1st time. Was a great place to stay. Convenient to where we wanted to be. Classy, old style hotel that is 100% updated! Big, spacious well maintained and appointed rooms. Great bar in the lobby.

FULL OF CHARACTER!!
We stayed one night and were so jet lagged we missed going to the Polar bar and having dinner, but the reception was really fabulous, like going back in time. Warm cookies on arrival were lovely, and the staff really friendly. The decor in the room was really something, all kept in character. The next morning, they kindly showed us around the hotel, ballroom and Polar bar, so we could take pictures. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again one day.

Overpriced for the experience received.
It is nice to see this old building preserved. The ambiance of the bar was nice. The hotel staff was not unpleasant. But for the price we paid, I expected to get a more upscale room and better all around service. The room was nice and was clear but nothing exceptional.

Not your normal Hilton
If you are looking for something more than a basic hotel with a lot of character, this is worth trying. We also had great service from the front desk and bar. Unique rooms. The elevators are old, but that adds to the charm.
