Review of Arctic Club Hotel

The hotel has an old world charm feel to it. The lobby is small, but inviting. A lot of old portraits grace the walls of distinguished men back in the 20's.

It has been beautifully renovated and incorporates modern amenities. The rooms are small, with only two of us, still felt crowded.

Open lobby bar, old world charm with a roped off pool table.

Go here for business, solo or couple. Not a hotel for kids. Staff is very friendly.More

Outstanding staff
My wife lost her FitBit, we discovered 3 hours after checking out. She called the hotel to see if, by chance, it had been found. The maid found it and had turned it in!! We received it via FedEx 3 days later. This, truly, represents the integrity of our whole experience at the hotel and with the staff!

Quirky Hotel
What a unique place. The lobby is very cool, the ballroom's dome ceiling is spectacular, and the rooms decor is fun. Service was great for me. We had an 8th floor room and had no issues with noise, even on Saturday with a wedding on the 3rd floor. The bed was comfy, the shower was excellent. We had enough room to lay out our suitcases. We ate at the restuarant Juno for breakfast both days and it was good. We took the Link train from the airport to the Pioneer square stop which brings you right out to the hotel, only $3. The worst part of it was walking from the airport to the Link station, that took a long time. We used a Link a few times because it was so convenient. The Sky View observatory in the Columbia Center is awesome and it is an easy 2 block walk. I highly recommend visiting the Sky View. We did it for sunset and stayed till 10pm when we walked back to the hotel. Yes there are some homeless people around like any city, we did not have any issues. It was a bit more expensive than I would have liked but overall I was very happy and would stay here again.

Outstanding quality and Staff care
Excellent experience in this quaint historic hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. Very easy check in and out process, digital ease. Room service was fastest we've ever had and excellent food. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend trips
We have stayed here multiple times. The hotel is very quaint. Most of the visits are enjoyable though we do not spend a lot of time in the room. The Concierge is extremely helpful. Angelo got us into a restaurant that I could not through Open - Table. The only downside is it seems to be on a major ambulance route through downtown. Every night multiple ambulance with sirens blaring Hotel also needs better lighting in bathrooms. Not conducive to applying make-up

Great job updating hotel yet maintaining a period feel.
This was a good and and unique stay at a hotel that has been updated and does not feel old at all. At the same time it stay true to the feel of the Arctic explorers. A balancing act which was pulled off in wonderful fashion. Old world furnishings that seem new. The hotel is dark everywhere in keeping with the gas lanterns of old. Good job to all. Helpful staff and very good breakfast.
