Friendly staff at check in (with their delicious cookies), great location - just a short walk away from the markets, shops and cafes and right near a light rail station.

Hotel overall felt very polished; the room was excellent: well appointed, relatively spacious and clean. Room service was prompt and helpful.

All up, very enjoyable stay and good value.

I was in Seattle late February on business and needed to stay in the city. I picked the Artic Club in a somewhat random fashion and was glad I did. It's a really neat, classy hotel and definitely worth the money. The hotel was an old Gentelmen's Club (not that kind) that was later taken over by the City due to unpaid taxes. Purchased and rennovated in 2006 it really is a fun and charming place to stay. The lobby bar alone is worth the trip and the hotel staff is really friendly and pleasant.

If you stay there, take a peek at the 2nd floor ballroom. The stainglass dome is worth the effort.

Room Tip: I'd recommend staying in one of the higher floors to avoid street noise.

We stayed for three nights and found this to be a good value, well located hotel. Room was comfortable, and service friendly. Lovely "Club" style bar & lounge which is good for a nightcap. Bus is just outside the door, and there is a good selection of restaurants and bars just down the street. Only downside was difficulty in getting a taxi one morning. The front desk had booked one for us and called again after 15 mins, but none appeared so we ended up just catching a bus! Staff mentioned that many taxi drivers don't know the hotel.

Room Tip: Higher floors will have less street noise.

This is a former private club that was has kept its historic charm, but is now a modern hotel in downtown Seattle. Convenient to light rail to the airport, sports venues and commercial district. Property is clean and well maintained. The problem is a lack of attention to detail. The gym equipment is limited and had the same maintenance issues as they did the last time I stayed here months ago. So, don't expect a fully equipped fitness center, but they will give you a pass to a nearby gym if you want to go out in the typical Seattle weather. Bill was incorrect (and another guest was complaining about the same issue), and the room's internet connection was improperly installed and apparently had been that way for quite some time. If management raises its game this could be an outstanding property, but unitil then it's a very good choice, but not up to Hilton's standards.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors are quieter. Ask for the pass to the full service gym if you can leave the p...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is situated in a very central location to explore Seattle by foot or public transport. The hotel is beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom and it had everything we needed during our stay.
All the staff were all very helpful and the cookie on arrival is a very nice touch. The bar is a very relaxing place to chill out after a busy day in Seattle.

Room Tip: Rooms towards the back of the hotel are probably quieter but due to the hotels central location hear...

The Polar Bar staff is the best in the country. Viktor and Zenee are the most knowledgeable bar tenders I have ever met, and make the best drinks. I look forward to seeing them everytime I come to Seattle.

Room Tip: The x21 rooms are large and very comfortable.
