We booked this restaurant, walking distance from our hotel, based on other TA reviews. When we arrived, the outside is a little funky looking, but inside it was cozy, with wood booths, tables and a long bar. We were seated immediately with menus and a wine list. We arrived fairly early, 6:00 p.m., but within the hour the restaurant was quite busy, even though it was a Tuesday evening. Reservations strongly suggested. We took advantage of their $20/bottle Tuesday wine promotion and ordered a nice red wine. The menu is fairly short, but everything looked wonderful, and the prices were exceptionally reasonable for a big city. I ended up with soup and salad, and my husband was delighted to find ribs on the menu. Our server Chelsea was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal, and then ordered apple pie to finish. Side note: When we returned home, a friend who visits her daughter in Seattle frequently was tickled to learn that we'd been to Crow, one of their favorite restaurants.

Recommended by a near-by hotel, we had dinner at the Crow. We had their Halibut special and their roasted chicken. OMG... it was the best dinner ever. The halibut was at least 1" thick and grilled perfectly to Med/Med Rare. The roasted chicken had Prosciutto wrapped around it and was crunchy and flavorful. We also had the Clam app which was yummy.

Ok, this place was not cheap BUT the fool was worth every penny!!!

I will make this a must do whenever in Seattle.

This place is rather unassuming, but their halibut dinner was one of the tastiest meals ever. It's not cheap, but well worth the money.

We walked here from the Space Needle for an early dinner. We thought we could do Happy Hour, but you have to sit at the bar for Happy Hour prices. On certain days they have 20 bottles of wine for $20. (Check out their website.) Our server was very knowledgeable about the wine list and helped us choose a lovely bottle of wine. The restaurant is in a very nice neighborhood and we sat at an open window with our table at street level enjoying the fresh air. We were not rushed at all. The roasted chicken was absolutely wonderful! Reasonable prices for Seattle.

We have enjoyed a couple of visits to Crow for happy hour appetizers and drinks. The wines by the glass have been great choices of not-your-usual vineyards and varietals, cocktails are sublime, and the appetizer menu truly wonderful. We have loved sitting at the counter to watch the chefs work - and early in the evening, they are not so madly busy so you can meet and interact with them. Some of our party had food allergies/restrictions and the chefs were great about adapting dishes for them. Highly recommended for taking out-of-town visitors - a true Seattle experience!
