We were in a suit and a king/Jacuzzi room. It was clean and outstanding! We had a great stay and it was our first time and it won't be our last. The swimming pool and hot tub was so fun. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed ourself!

While I love everything about this hotel and the great location where we needed to be, this hotel should give better price to their guests who stay at the hotel for parking in their garage. Hotel guests have to also pay a whopping $39+tax for parking. That's unreasonable and quite a turn off. It should only be a portion of that since the guests are already paying a nice price for their stay already albeit the location is great for the stadiums that are there. I would like to come back but parking alone will turn me away sadly.

Thank you for your comments about your stay. I am so glad that you liked the hotel and the location and service. I am sorry that you felt that the valet parking fee was high. We are actually among the lowest in town for parking and we offer as many ins and outs as you want with just one nightly charge. Most hotels in downtown Seattle charge well over $45.00 to $55.00, plus tax. Unfortunately, the parking tax in the city is at 22.5%. We do offer a free local area shuttle that our guests love. It helps them get to the downtown attractions and helps them avoid additional parking charges in the garages downtown. It runs from 7:00am to 11:00pm and will drop off and pick up our guests at various locations. Thank you again for sharing your comments about our hotel.

We had an event at Safeco Field Saturday night. Rather than fight traffic on the way home, we stayed here. They were very good to us. We came up early to do some touring and they kindly let us park our car well before check in and also let us check in early so we could rest before the event. Loved the deep bath tub after a day on my feet. Everything clean with plenty of hot water.

Requested a specific room, when we arrived it was waiting for us. The entire staff is awesome as is the room. Loved the hot tub that was close to our room. Husband left shoes at the pool, the staff made a special effort to find them before we checked out. We were told anytime we made a reservation they would get the room we request if possible.

Not much good to say about this place. Overpriced, no complimentary breakfast, slow service, overpriced valet parking, and noisy streets outside. Nothing wrong with the room itself but I will never stay here again. Better to stay outside Seattle and drive in from, say, Bellevue or Renton.

Room tip: Ask for a quiet room and hope for the best. The outside roads are busy and noisy.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you felt that our hotel was overpriced. Our rates were actually quite reasonable during the Mariners vs. Yankees homestand. I am glad you enjoyed the room. I understand that you are used to staying at our limited service properties that do offer a complimentary breakfast. Our hotel is a full service hotel located right next to Safeco field with a wonderful restaurant, Jimmy's On First. Our parking is valet only and we are actually among the lowest in the city. Unfortunately, the parking tax in Seattle is 22.5% (we do not control it). We do offer a FREE local area shuttle so that our guests can park their vehicles with us and save the additional parking charges while enjoying all that downtown Seattle has to offer. Thank you for review. We will strive to be better and continue to provide great services and amenities as a full service hotel.
