Breakfast experience was .... Meh. Ordered two latte's, one toasted crumpet with ham and cream cheese, one toasted with lemon and ricotta cheese. Outcome .... two crumpets that were mushy in the middle and sufficiently tough on the bottom to require considerable effort with a knife to break through. The toasted fare was barely warm at best, with portions still refrigerator cold. The latte's were .... forgotten, although when reminded the staff prepared nicely made latte's. The place was not busy when we visited, and there was no visible excuse for the poor food and drink service. Would I return ? Not likely.

Cute, small place with very limited seating inside and only 2 small tables outside on the sidewalk. Eclectic menu with different topping combinations. I had the smoked salmon with cream cheese on a toasted crumpet. It was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Great take out place.

While I just had a crumpet with butter due to time of day the selection of choices had me drooling. Homemade every day and a great selection should be able

Tried the crumpet with ricotta cheese and preserves one day and the scone with lemon curd the other. Both were excellent and unique in the bakery world. They make everything fresh there on the premises and are located right in the Pike Place Market area. Definitely a must try while in Seattle.

Whenever we are in Seattle in the morning this is our spot for breakfast. My wife is not a big breakfast fan so this is perfect. We always order the lemon curd with ricotta and the salmon with egg and have half of each. With the bottomless tea it is like breakfast dessert and total hydration for $14. Cant beat that plus the location is in the heart of everything. If there is a big line just wait it out as it is worth the wait.
