Description: Our menu centers around globally sourced seafood from well managed fisheries; with offerings of local Northwest familiars like crab, oysters and mussels, to more tropical fish like Kona Kampachi or Hawaiian Ono, and East Coast staples like Striped Bass. Our preparations emphasize fresh ingredients that arrive daily, and pronounced flavors from around the world. Our urban-industrial two-story 'fishing lodge' was built with local and reclaimed resources by Dovetail Construction and Marian Built. Our tables were crafted from bark-beetle pine, and we even found a home for our favorite repurposed farm equipment! Our space includes the main dining area, our killer bar, a large modern patio and an upstairs loft and private dining room.

After ordering the wrong wine (my mistake), our patient and understanding waiters exchanged it for the right one and followed up with tasty tuna tartar, an imaginative cauliflower salad, an overcooked yellow jack entree and a fairly generous portion of delicious black cod. My visits to neighboring tables made it apparent that a lot of imagination here goes into appetizers and small plates, which look wonderful and will be our entire meal the next time we come, which won't be long. (We could have done about as well cooking our cod entree at home and would have done the yellow jack one rare instead of well done.) Prices are as to be expected at a large high end informal fish house as is the noise level. An interesting feature: a well appointed fourteen or fifteen person dining room upstairs.

We went with someone who had visited many times, so we ordered the best small plates, but I didn't see any dishes around us that didn't look great. Octopus, grilled, more liked charred, to perfection. What usually tastes like a chewy rubber band was outstanding with a nice sauce and little extras on the small plate.

Great, friendly, down-to-earth service in this busy and popular place. I could go on, but the reviews for this place tell the story--things get done right here--which is no small thing for a restaurant day after day.

As Arnold says, "I'll be back!"

I was very surprised at how wonderful our brunch was. I had a delicious cocktail and a unique cauliflower salad. My fried chicken was so moist and delightful! I will return:)

Our family loves to visit this place together or when friends and family come to visit. The food is well crafted and delicious with unique twists. The beverages are way better than average. The brunch is not to be missed. You will invent occasions to visit Rock Creek.

We had a great time at Rock Creek. This is an excellent place to go if you're interested in going outside the same/ traditional seafood preparations. We had a party of 6 and we enjoyed ordering the small plates and sharing. I tried my first oyster and it was wonderful! Overall a remarkable experience if you're looking for a delicious culinary adventure. Definitely Seattle seafood done right! The key lime pie was amazing. Definitely my favorite of the desserts I tried.
