Description: Kells Irish Restaurant & Bar is one of Seattle's favorite hideaways. Situated in Post Alley above the historic Pike Place Market, Kells is a fine way to round up a day's sightseeing or browsing at the market. The pub is always alive with folks cooling off after a day's work. The restaurant will be sure to remind you of the Old Country with its warm, cozy atmosphere and traditional surroundings. There's also a patio outside that's a great place to feel the breeze from the Sound and the buzz of the marketplace. We also have a grand celebration every St. Patrick's Day. Kells proudly serves Seattle's largest Single Malt Scotch collection.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick beverage and snack. Took about 10 minutes for our waitress to come back with menus, another 10 to come take our order, what seemed like an eternity for the chocolate mousse to arrive, then another eternity for us to see her reappear to ask for the bill. That all being said, I still dream about the creamy goodness of that mousse and the Guinness was a perfect compliment.

Sat at the bar had a great chicken salad and pint of Guinness, forgot I was in America. Great bar staff and have all the English teams on TV. A good place to go if you want a deem for home!!

We had a great time there. Amanda was our server and she was amazing. There is a Tag on your table that lets you see the menu and call your server from your phone App.
There was a musician playing but he was not too loud that you could still not have a conversation.

I sadly did not try the food, but the drinks were great.

Stopped in here for a drink and some food during our Seattle stay. Had the Irish stew and corned beef sandwich. The pale ale was a good beer. Atmosphere was fun.
