If you're looking for a wonderful outdoor patio restaurant, head to Maggie's at the Elliott Bay Marina. A first time visit this summer charmed us again with excellent food, service and marina atmosphere. We celebrated a 30th birthday here due to the casual and refreshing surroundings. Truly maritime Seattle.
Arriving during Happy Hour we chose steak sliders then ordered Ahi Tataki served rare and conveniently placed on a three-section chrome rack to hold each taco. I'm thinking I had the best Prime Rib French Dip ever with melt-in-your-mouth beef seasoned by sweet onions and Swiss cheese. Oh, we must mention the awesome sweet potato fries cleverly served in a frying basket. For the complimentary dessert the birthday girl chose coconut crème pie.
The combination of balmy summer weather, friendly service and delicious food viewing yachts in their slips and a cruise ship departing make Maggie's an unforgettable experience.
