“great experience”
Reviewed May 25, 2014

we had a delicious brunch at serafina. The food was very good, flavorful and interesting. but what makes the place worth the price is is the excellent staff. The hostess was so welcoming and we saw her extend real kindness and welcome to other guests. The server also was excellent and went out of his way to meet our needs. This kind of care is what makes for a positive dining experience.

“Fine Classic Italian”
Reviewed May 21, 2014

Had wonderful fresh, flavorful, classic Italian dishes. Pork Chop with fig, great bread with olive oil and seasonings to dip. Wonderful fresh seasonal peas and pea shoots lightly sauteed. Ravioli in a light butter sauce. Lively, classy vibe. Great service.
Good for dates, girls night and nice business dinner.

“Lunch on the patio Italian style.”
Reviewed May 20, 2014

Visiting family is Seattle and found Serafina on Tripadvisor. While reviewing another restaurant
for lunch, a fellow traveler highly recommended Serafini and advising us to skip the "other" restaurant (unnamed).

We were warmly greeted both by the host and our waiter Kyle. My husband enjoyed 'Fix Prix' lunch menu and on Kyle's advice chose the Cappelletti (ravoli like) pasta in a light favorful sauce garnished with fresh asparagus, shaved parmigiano cheese and white grapes. The Fixed Prix menu had a choice of soup or salad, He selected the salad of fresh greens with a lemon vingarette and parmigiano, again.

I had a wonderful tuna salad with white beans and asparagus. The house red was excellent. The crusty bread was served with herb infused olive oil. Dolci... well, next time.

Highly Recommend!

“Great Meal and Atmosphere”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

Have been to Serafina several times while visiting Seattle. Always a great experience. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal, from a full dinner to snacks at the bar. Service is always friendly and efficient. They have a great bar crew that take care of us every time. Atmosphere is good for a romantic dinner, small and intimate. They have live music some weekend nights. Will keep coming back!

“Amazing Experience!”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

Attended a vintage Sangiovese luncheon hosted by Serafina and sister restaurant Cicchetti. Had such an amazing time, that we came back for dinner that night!

Luncheon featured DOCG Sangiovese from vintages 1995 to 2009, paired to perfection with dishes including antipasti (Chickpeas three ways, Sardines, and prosciutto with shaved artichokes and olives), Pork terrine with dry cherries and orange zest, Duck confit agnolotti with morel mushrooms and foie gras sage butter, and lamb prepared two ways (Roasted rack of lamb with rosemary and balsamic reduction, and house made lamb sausage with poached Mission figs). Amazing food and an education from sommeliers Sal and Cheryl.

Went back to dinner and enjoyed superior attentive service without pretention. Enjoyed entrees of seared halibut atop baby squash with a snow pea puree, and pan seared pork chop with a fig reduction. Food matched perfectly with a bottle of Chateau Masur red!

Great day spent with the team at Serafina/Cicchetti!

You gotta go!
