My husband and I just recently returned from 2 days in Seattle over New Year's. We had brunch at Bacco on New Year's Day. Despite the 25 minute wait, the food was SO worth it! They have fantastic freshly made juices that are definitely worth trying. My husband had the salmon eggs benedict and I had the goat cheese and spinach omelette. Both were excellent. The eggs on the benedict were cooked perfectly with not too much hollandaise sauce and my omelette was beautifully fluffy. It's a very small place with no bathroom upstairs (you have to go to the bottom restaurant 'Chan' for the restroom), but the food is very tasty, high quality and well worth the wait! We will definitely be back again.
