Description: Andaluca, located in downtown Seattle, is a nationally recognized culinary oasis. Resonating with the romance of the Mediterranean, its food and design have been a winning combination since 1996. Throughout the handsome space, mahogany mill work, hand painted murals and plush, deep-toned fabrics work together to conjure up a sun-baked Mediterranean grotto. One of the hottest restaurants in downtown Seattle, Andaluca features fresh seasonal Northwest foods influenced by the flavors of the Mediterranean. Chef Sarah Lorenzen combines strong and aromatic tastes that complement, rather than overpower.

Reviewed July 17, 2013

We had the chef's special 5 course meal with wine pairings for an unbelievable $60. We enjoyed everything about the meal. t was superb. So was the service and the decor. it was heads above any other dinner we had in Seattle,(even in other "high end" restaurants.

“Over-rated”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

We were staying at this hotel and thought we would try it out based on strong T/A reviews. Sadly it didn't live up to the hype. My calamari appetizer had thick, greasy batter making it hard to find the squid inside. Both halibut and salmon entrees were overcooked. Even with a 15% off voucher from the hotel the meal struck us as not great value for money.

“Superb Food & Drink, Very Reasonably Priced”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

My wife and I were staying in the Mayflower Park Hotel (which we loved) and decided to give the restaurant a try, since it got such great reviews on TripAdvisor. The reviews are right!!

The food was excellent; creative combinations (e.g., cold honeydew melon soup with cucumber and black pepper was amazing!) and the option between large and small plates was brilliant. Portions were generous, the homemade sangria was among the best we've ever had, and staying at the hotel gave an additional sizable discount that made this great meal less than $50 per person. The ambiance is also very nice, the service excellent. One of our top dining experiences in Seattle -- and we're tried many!

“Excellent breakfasts”

Try the eggs Benedict and the south west omelette. Bothe excellent! Open very early and service is very good with food coming out quickly. You won't miss your early flight if you eat here.

“Breakfast plus”
Reviewed June 29, 2013

We ate here for breakfast since it was included in our cruise package. The breakfast was quite substantial and of high quality. We were never rushed and were able to linger over coffee since check out for the hotel was noon.
