“Great dining experience”
Reviewed December 3, 2012

Went to Zoe on Saturday night and had a great dining experience. Service was superb, food preparation fantastic and our server selected a great Washington Cab to accompany the meal. In addition the prices were very reasonable for a higher end Seattle restaurant and I cannot wait until I can have another great meal there.

“Spacious and very casual inside with delicious food”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

Had dinner with a friend at Zoe - it was a rainy miserable night but being inside Zoe was great. My biggest issue was parking. Captiol Hill is MISERABLE for finding parking. Zoe does have a lot about a block away for 5 bucks, but I couldnt figure out where the lot was, how to pay, etc. With all the rain, it just wasnt worth the effort, so instead, found street parking about 20 min later. Maybe should have found the lot. Anyway, parking here sucks.

We sat at the bar, had a bottle of red wine reccomended by the bartender (great choice) and then got all the sides plus a main entree. My favorite was probably the cheese platter we had for dessert, but everything was really great. Can't go wrong.

Spent almost 4 hours here - so nice and relaxing.

Would go again, maybe for brunch though to try it out.

“Excellent reputation, but limited selection.”
Reviewed November 11, 2012 via mobile

Was greatly looking forward to dinner at Zoe at their new Capitol Hill location. However, several things disappointed. We were there early in a not that busy evening, but they were already out of one of their very few large plate offerings, and with two of the remaining being a burger and a veggie, that left only 2 others to choose from. And while the flavors were mostly good, the portions were small; 2 of the 4 of us left hungry.

Food good, but nothing to write home about. Will hit Skillet across the street next time I'm in the neighborhood.

“Foodie Nirvana”
Reviewed October 20, 2012 via mobile

Just close your eyes to focus on the marvelous flavors Zoe's offers. I never miss ordering the gnudis, a fabulous ricotta concoction, but last night's dinner was so much more. The 'new' space is warm and cozy with fabulous pendant lights and a great ambiance. From the fingerling potato with smoked salmon amuse bouche to the tiny bite of mint chocolate truffle as a finisher, Zoe's doesn't miss a flavor beat. Although gnudis and a crisp lettuce salad was plenty for my dinner, there were raves all around for the pork belly, lamb shoulder, and painted beef burger. I was able to leave room for a scoop of the homemade coffee chocolate chip ice cream and coffee, so by the meal's end, I was deep into foodies' nirvana. Run, don't walk to Zoe's.
