“Like a little trip to Paris...”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

I'm a local and this is one of my favorite places to eat...Even if I'm not hungry, when I walk past I get the whiff of baking bread and it has the superpowers to draw me inside.
The loaves of bread are fresh and still warm when I get them.
The pastries are delightful and traditional.
The sandwiches are a guilty pleasure of mine (seriously, the pate sandwich on their in-house bread is insane).
When you go to the market obviously you need to see the famous stuff...The sign, the fruit stands, the flower vendors, and the original Starbucks...But the smaller shops are much more important to see.
Seattle is an impressive city with wondrous little gems hidden everywhere, especially in the market.
Try going to the lower levels in the market, places like Le Panier exist in this place that are incredible!

This place is a gem. Great pastries, very reasonable prices. We recommend the chocolate croissants. Service is very efficient and pleasant. We'll be back!

“A Delightful French Patisserie in the Pike Place Market”

Wonderful packages of goodness to found here. Take as many things home as you can--- in one of their big shopping bags.

“You gotta go!”
Reviewed February 17, 2013

Came across this place one afternoon and saw how busy it was so thought it must be worth a try. Amazing smells hit you when you enter and it´s got a good choice of savoury and sweet delights. I tried both and also got a coffee and everything was spot on. Really good food if you are on the go and want something tasty.

We can't leave the market without a stop for a chocolate croissant from Le Panier ... then we enjoy it as we stroll down the street ....
