My partner's nephew who is an events manager booked this tour for us. It was superb, as not only were the stops at the distilleries very interesting and varied between the 3 selected, the small treats of food & cocktail between each stop made the journey fun as well. The small group meant we got to know the others & shared the fun, and Tara our host was terrific? GO ON THIS TOUR.

My friend and I took our big boys (early 20s), home from colleges for the holidays, on this tour. Not having been on a tour like this, we weren't really sure what to expect. What we got was one superlative after another - clean, courteous, professional, funny, knowledgeable, you name it, if it is good, it applies to Tara and the Local Craft Tour. What a superb way to see the city and learn about the amazing artisans that live here. More than just about liquor, the art that is Fremont Mischief (I am a metal worker and the stills and the art were awe inspiring!) to the raw passion and dedication to local and "best of the best" ingredients that are the heart of Sound Spirits and the glorious tastes of Limoncello at Letterpress Distilling, every moment of the tour was pure joy. These treats were punctuated with smiles from our fellow tour-mates and treats thoughtfully presented between each stop. The two biggest thoughts we were left with were: how can we manage to tell ALL of our friends about this gem, and, when can we book another tour!

The tour was great from the moment you get in the very comfortable van/bus and their is a special cocktail waiting for! All the special touches likes the drinks in mason jars and the local food samples made it a great afternoon. Loved all the history we learnt. The gift at the end was a pleasant surprise which we couldn't wait to use. Thanks for a great afternoon.

From the moment we got on the very nice minibus and started sipping our welcome cocktails to the end of the tour when we opened our parting gift, my sister and I had a blast!! We found the distilleries fascinating and our tour guide/owner even drove us by the Fremont Troll (thank you, Craig!). This tour is a must-do for anyone interested in the Prohibition Era and craft distilleries.

This is an excellent tour of three different distilleries. You are going to be driven around in a very clean, comfortable 10 person mercedes van/bus location to location. On your seat you will receive delicious DELICIOUS mixed drinks, excellent snacks (local popcorn, sausage, cupcakes) and a wonderful gift at the end of the tour. Each distillery is unique in respect to their origination of how they became a distillery; the stories from the owners are amazing. You get generous tastings of vodka, gin, and whiskey as well as a couple other liqueurs. Very personable people, witty, knowledgeable and humorous! The tour guide also was wonderful, extremely nice and accomodating. This company takes care of you well. I recommend this to anyone over 21. :-)
