My partner wanted to visit this place when we were staying in Seattle. She loved the Chihuly ceiling at the Bellagio and so I was happy to tag along.

Despite not being that enthused on the way there, this place very quickly won me over. This place was absolutely magic. It truly and honestly is mind boggling and Dale Chihuly is a master artist.

Make sure you sit down and watch the movies towards the end, it'll answer the questions you keep asking yourself as you walk around spellbound by what you've just seen.

There's no avoiding the ticket price or the gift shop. They're both overpriced in my opinion. If you can get the sky needle ticket bundle it's slightly cheaper though.

“'Most Excellent"”
Reviewed February 5, 2014

I thought this place was awesome!! It showed a huge array of his work in many different environments. Also displayed his drawings and paintings which were a real treat. Another cool thing is I got to meet him and get a picture "Way Cool" staff said he is there quite often. If you like art you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic glass sculpture, The colors are amazing. I love glass, but after awhile, it seems like you've seen it all before...

“Do not miss this symphony of glass”
Reviewed February 3, 2014

There are so many rooms that feature the beautiful glass works of Chihuly. Some are inside; some are outside. We also enjoyed the films, which are all different and explain his temporary exhibits all over the world and his life. We were less impressed with the Glass Museum in Tacoma, probably because it is not all Chihuly.
