in every way. Elegant and classy. Friendly service. Room appointments 1st rate. Stayed in 1102, a fairly small deluxe room. Exactly what you'd expect from a Fairmont.

Had an Exec Suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The one drawback was the street noise due to the old windows. We were on the 3 rd floor, and it was really loud at times ( Ambulances, police sirens, etc...). Next time, we are requesting the highest floor they have.... Oyster restaurant, Shuckers, was great as was the breakfast in the main dining room. Friendly service throughout the hotel.

I loved everything about this experience. Didn't eat at the restaurants, so can't comment on that, but used the gym and pool, which were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was large with a very comfortable bed. Location was good, but it is a steep climb from the waterfront.

I really wish I could stay longer than one day at this beautiful property. Fairmont Seattle was definitely one of the better places I came across in my travels (which by the way is not true of all Fairmont properties). It was perfection from the moment we pulled into the driveway and until the moment we checked out. The location is great, smack in the middle of downtown, the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with super comoftable beds. Bathrooms are huge and nicely decorated. Service is great. Great fitness center with a good size pool. Delicious breakfast brought right on time. In other words, this hotel has everything that one can possibly need.

We arrived at the Fairmont Olympic on August 25th. Our check-in was very quick and we were given the keys to our room as they took our luggage from our rental car. Our room was on the 11th floor and was very clean and in good condition. The only negatives are that there was no coffee maker in the room and the air conditioning didn't work that well. We needed to turn the temperature down to cold to get the room cool.

The employees at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast in the restaurant is expensive but very good. We also went downstairs to the Belle Epicurean coffee shop on the lower level. Excellent croissants and coffee. Don't miss it!
