Very Comfortable! Excellent quality! This hotel is almost like being at home. Very Comfortable Rooms! I almost never sleep well in a hotel the first night. I slept great!
Very Quiet even though my room overlooked the street. The staff is very friendly and they know the area! The complimentary breakfast is very high quality.

Watertown Hotel is very conviently located next to the University of Washington Campus. I was visiting my son in Phinney ridge and this was the closet best place with the most ammenities I could find. The rooms are super clean and very modern. A euro feel. Best of all it is 100 % non smoking! I love the fact that they have a free shuttle to downtown and provide free bikes to ride on. I love this hotel!

We booked the Watertown hotel after shuffling through the ridiculous expensive hotel rates in the heart of downtown Seattle for a Friday night. The hotel has a nice warm feeling as it is not huge. The front desk was really courteous and helpful. We got to talk to the manager (I believe his name is Antonio) and he was great at recommending restaurants around the area. The hotel is 4 blocks from the University Way where you can find all kinds of restaurants. They also have bicycles that you can rent to go around the University District.
The room was excellent for the price we paid for. We got a double queen size bed on the 4th floor. Although the view was not spectacular, it was not as if I sat down by the window for hours gazing outside. The bathroom was small but practical. And Aveda products were offered.
We went to catch the ball game by Safeco Stadium and the complementary shuttle that runs every 1 hour, dropped us by the Seattle Convention. It is around 20 min walk. Taking a cab from downtown to the hotel is around $15-20 depending on the time of the day. There is a market just across the street if you want drinks and snacks.
Overall a nice cozy hotel outside of Seattle. Plus parking is underground, secure and FREE :)

We had originally booked a room downtown but decided to change to a hotel which was a little more "budget friendly". Imagine our surprise when we discovered this little gem of a hotel! It was clean, modern, comfortable, stylish, great location and price! The shuttle availability was great, they even provided booster seats for our small children. Don't let the location fool you, it is a short car ride to all attractions but provides a quaint, university neighborhood filled with cute neighborhoods and many food options. Will be staying here next time in Seattle!

What a beautiful room. Although we didn't use them the "carts," e.g. the art cart, is a great idea. Wonderful pillows too - generally a neglected item. And a very fair price.

Stayed here for a conference at the nearby Univ. of Washington. The hotel was easy walking distance to campus. The room was clean and everything was new and modern. The hotel is very quiet and the staff was always nice and friendly. Breakfast was easy and plentiful. They offer a free shuttle to downtown and the Space Needle, which makes getting around a breeze (you just have to book it in advance). Bonus for the afternoon pineapple cupcakes in the lobby. Also, there's a market right across the street that sells snacks and sodas. The towels are the softest, most luxurious towels I've ever had in any hotel! But, the sheets are really stiff and uncomfortable (my only complaint).

Overall this hotel is a great value. I would stay there again.

Tip: to get to the airport, just take the free shuttle downtown and pick up the Link Light Rail at the Westlake Station.

The Front Desk Manager, Antonio, is very rude and condesending. The hallways and elevators had horrible stains on the carpet. The room had white animal hair all over the seats, which Antonio said "must have come from a coat". The room also had stains on the carpet and a very bad patch job on the ceiling. The maid service only replenished one bottle of water (2 were in the room upon entering) daily. The breakfast consisted of the exact same thing daily, with the dining room over crowded, and staff standing around talking and not cleaning tables, garbage, or replenishing the food.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
