This hotel is perfect and allows you the opportunity to enjoy the best of what Seattle has to offer. Just jump on the trolly right outside the door and it takes you into town. Walking along 5th street in city center gives the best impression of Seattle. This hotel fills all your needs so that if you need to work out of your room you never have to leave the hotel. Or if you want to relax and unwind you can simply walk across the street to some very nice waterfront restaurants which are reasonably priced. Also a 5 mile walk also is right across the street so bring your runners. The breakfast menu changes daily so unlike some other hotels you can stay many days and not always be eating the same thing. Some great afternoon snacks are also offered on certain days. All in all one of the most convenient hotels we have ever stayed in.

Stayed here for two nights. The Residence Inn exceeded expectations in all areas. Twice as large as a regular hotel room. Have living room and complete kitchen on one side and king bedroom and bathroom on other side. What more could you ask for? Free breakfast and evening heavy snacks included. Internet streamed fine. Our room was quiet. Bathroom not the largest ever, but I believe that we had the smallest configuration available. Would definitely stay again. Great value!

Stayed a week here and loved our room, it had a great view of the lake and the space needle. Our balcony was huge with a table and 4 chairs plus a sunbed. The new bed was wonderful and the kitchen was spotless, something you can't say very often these days. Our pots and pans, cutlery and plates etc were all brand new also. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed it all very much.

I enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn, that is designed (and possibly used to be) more like an embassy suites, with the tiered lobby and waterfalls. The breakfast was above-average for a Residence Inn, the rooms updated and quite clean. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Only con: parking is obnoxiously expensive ($30.50 once tax is factored in) but this seems to be the norm in Seattle, where parking meters adorn every square inch of real estate.

I will stay here again.

Room Tip: High rooms on the bay side have an excellent view of the harbor and space needle.

Our king suite was spacious and well decorated, much better than many Residence Inns in which we have stayed. Location is great with the South Union Streetcar, Museum of History and Industry, the Lake Union shore, and several good restaurants within a short walk. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. The atrium is gorgeous and is a great place to have breakfast. As for a room with a view of Lake Union since the back side rooms look out to a parking lot and an ugly highway.

Room Tip: Definitely get a room with a balcony and lake view.
