“Chicago Deep Dish Pizza...in Seattle”

What can I say - it's authentic Chicago deep dish pizza - and it's delicious. Great, fresh salads too. Make a reservation.

“Quality ingredients and well made pizza”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

First time here and we were really looking forward to a great, thin crust pizza but once we sat down, we were informed that they were out of flour to make the thin crust. Disappointing, but onward to deep dish, thick crust pizza! We ordered a Carnivours special which ended up being well made and tasty and the meats were tip notch. We would like to come back and try a thin crust another day but we will be back.

“Outstanding Chicago-style Pizza”
Reviewed March 10, 2013

This is probably the best pizza in Seattle. This is real pizza and not some twitty gourmet stuff you see reviewed as somehow the best. Anyone can throw unusual stuff on bread and call it gourmet pizza so ignore those places. This is the real deal. Everything about the pizza was terrific. We also had an excellent waitress. The one downside for you corporate travelers is they don't take American Express. I don't get that decision, but yup. Also, they don't have ice. Still, we didn't care and were just there because we heard it was great pizza and it was. Parking is difficult so keep that in mind. You may have to walk a block or two or pay $10.00 to park. That's minor stuff. What matters is the pizza and it's excellent!

“We stopped by on a whim and where very surprised!”
Reviewed March 4, 2013

We spent the afternoon exploring the area and since the Irish Pub around the corner wasn't serving food until after 3 pm, we were walking by and just decided to pop in. We were in for a surprise! Another table was finishing off buffalo chicken wings and they smelled so good. We ordered some of the wings and they were perfect. Nice meaty wing, just enough heat and not fatty at all.

We also ordered the deep dish meat combo and it was perfect. We loved the crust, the sauce wasn't overwhelming and a ton of meat on this pie. We ordered a small and couldn't even make a dent in 1/2 of it. We would definitely go back if we were in the area again.

The only downsize is no ice in the drinks, they are just served with cold glasses and cold cans. Plus the tables are super close. They seated us next to another couple where we could almost touch elbows. I just think that part of the restaurants in this area. Every thing is so cramped and space is premium.

“Taste Chicago without leaving home”
Reviewed December 6, 2012

Kylie's met the three main criteria of all the best deep dish pizza from the old country (Chicago), namely it's made in a cast iron pan (stainless steel doesn't hold the heat), the crust is flavorfull and the sausage is homemade. We shared the combo pie which was done just right. The layer of chunky tomatoes over the top disguised the hidden flavors within. All was good with the world. These pies take time to bake, so don't expect to eat quickly. Believe me, it's worth the wait. The menu also includes thin crust pizza, wings and other items as well, but the Chicago deep-dish is the main attraction.
