“dim sum”
Reviewed November 17, 2013

This is one of the nice alternatives to a greasy spoon for eating at dim sum at lunch. Carts roll around with steamed or baked dumplings, fried taro or turnip cakes, steamed rice with meat/nuts in banana type leaves, and the usual egg rolls, lots of shrimp; platters of noodles and greens; sweets too, if you wish. I like the ha gow (shrimp in rice flour wrappings) and the suu mai (steamed ground pork in won ton wrap), and the rice in banana leaf as well as small custard tarts. Reserve and go right at noon when the everything is hot and turnover is fast. Tea is no extra charge. I can only report on dim sum as never have been to dinner. I suspect it's quiet in evenings because it's in the first floor of office building downtown...

“upscale dining for dim sum”
Reviewed November 5, 2013

The restaurant definitely has one of the best decor compare to the other dim sum restaurants in chinatown. The prices, however, are on the expensive side. Dim sum is okay but the selection is limited. Free parking in the parking garage on the weekend with validation is a plus.

“Great spot for Sunday brunch”

I was really used to only eating dim sum in Seattle in the International District. Who knew that there's another great place in the financial district... Beautiful decor, wide variety of dim sum, great prices... This is a new favorite for me.

“Good Dimsum”
Reviewed October 21, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Definitely the best dimsum in town. For some reasons, people preferred Jade Garden but this place beats Jade anytime. Obviously the service caters to business people hence it is a lot better than Jade. The dining area is much cleaner and more ambience. The food is fresh and looks inviting. The taste is great. It is a little more expensive than those in Chinatown but it is worth the price for taste, service and settings. Park in the garage and get for ticket validated by the restaurant.

“Expensive for dim sum but trendy...”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

Although quite expensive for dim sum, the food is actually decent. The fact that they are located outside the International District is a plus and refreshing. Free, validated parking in the covered garage is also a plus. The restaurant's atmosphere is trendy and appealing, but the service was only mediocre at best. I would definitely return for the food but only now and then when willing to ignore the prices.
