I love the flat, easy walk around Green Lake Park. It feels like Seattle's version of Central Park, with tons of people out to enjoy the fresh air.

This is our starting point when we walk with our dog around Green Lake. We love this little oasis in the middle of a residential area.

in a foggy/grey city...when the sun peaks out...folks flood Greenlake - very family friendly...especially dog friendly (watch your step)

Green Lake is a beautiful oasis with lots of green and lots of people when the sun is out. Roller bladers, runners, walkers, people watchers, rowing on the lake, tons of stuff going on. As former residents of the Green Lake neighborhood we love it and miss not being there.

My niece has won the milk carton derby the last two years in a row at Seafair. I have only been here for Seafair and to support my kayaking niece. It is a nice park and Seafair does a good job.
