“Something new, something old.”
Reviewed August 10, 2012

Queen Anne has some beautiful older buildings, some architecturally-enhanced condominiums, some brand new residences, and a very eclectic mix of shops. It is a fun place the visit, shop, live, and eat. A great variety of restaurants are available there.

“Worth the trudge”
Reviewed August 2, 2012

We walked off some of our over-eating by climbing the hills in this neighborhood. We were rewarded by beautiful real estate and spectacular views. Lots of little shops and restaurants and pretty residential streets make this an ideal way to spend a couple of hours.

“Beautiful Homes and Great Places to Eat”
Reviewed July 25, 2012

If you like to look at beautiful homes, Queen Anne Hill has plenty. Some of their restaraunts are excellent too. You can walk around and feel relatively safe, unlike the U-District.

“Stunning view!”
Reviewed July 11, 2012

Drove up to Kerry Park on Queen Anne Hill on a weekend morning... Locals were walking dogs and strolling their babies all w/ coffee cups perched in hand!!
Benches for relaxing with the Sunday Paper while taking in the stunning view of Seattle's most famous skyline. The only downside which I found truly interesting was that there were 6 trash cans and yet so much trash lying about ??? Some people just have no respect for their luxuriously stunning location....
