Seattle center offers something for everyone. The Space Needle, Chihuli Glass and Garden, The Science Museum, the fountain and more. It is also the home of the Seattle festivals - can be fun but extremely crowded.

Nice variety of food offerings. Moderate prices. Pretty good atmosphere. Easy to get
food from numerous venues. Don't go during
Special events since it gets crowded and
service declines. Lots of seating.
As we walked around coming back from the space needle we came across this park with a huge water fountain in the middle and tons of kids having a blast.
Seattle Center is a real "must see" for anyone visiting from out of town, and a constant "go to" for us who have lived here for decades... from the many festivals to the sporting events to the "city commons" grassy areas found on the grounds, Seattle Center always delights and entertains and soothes all at the same time!
Great attractions and kids play area! Something for whole family, parents, teenagers, and small children. Lots of food options and not over-priced.
Be prepared, the Science Museum can take almost a whole day :-)
Home of the 1962 World's Fair, Seattle Center is truly the heart of Seattle. There is so mucho do that you have to plan at least a full day, if not more. Seattle Center is the home to many different sites to visit including MOPOP, Chihuly Gardens, Pacific Science Center, Space Needle, Seattle Monorail as well as the International Fountain and just so many areas to have fun, eat, drink and just take it all in.
