This is a nice gathering place in Seattle. Children enjoy playing in the fountains, which spray water at unpredictable intervals and directions. People are walking their dogs. There are nice views of the Space Needle.

It's always fun to watch the action around the International Fountain at Seattle Center. If you frame the photo so that the fountain and the Space Needle are in front of you, you can take great pictures. The flower displays are wonderful, so is the artist area where you can walk through the galleries and even ask questions about an artist or a certain painting. There is no charge to visit the Seattle Center.
Parking is good at the Mercer Garage.
Lots of different venders and things to see. Worth a stroll. Interesting art work and things for the kids
Many of the best-known Seattle toursist attractions are located at Seattle Center, including the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Chihuly Glass exhibit, and more. Lots to see and do here, but can get crowded and claustrophobic at times.
We walked through this park daily as our Airbnb was close by and is central to most of the major sites. We enjoyed hanging in the park and was also a convenient place to get onto the monorail to head toward downtown.
Spent some time at this location, rode the Duck Boats and visited the Chihuly Museum. Great spot, wonderful playground for kids near the Pop Culture museum.
