Paid $19 each to go to the top. Went on a cloudy Saturday but the views were still great. We walked right up and hopped on the elevator so there were no lines at 10am. If you are afraid of heights I would recommend you stand at the back of the elevator and not look out the windows located at the front of the elevator. You should be ok with the rest of experience. Food and drinks available at the top along with some chairs to sit and enjoy the view. I would recommend everyone do it once. A tip.....there is a self service kiosk to get tickets and is easy to use and I would recommend you do that instead of standing in line.

Our trip to Seattle to celebrate moms 84th birthday would be incomplete without a ride up the space needle!
We went before the sun went down in hopes of a sunset, but cold, windy, and wet conditions prevented seeing a sunset, so we watched the city lights come on instead.
An amazing view, just wished it was more wheelchair friendly: (less tall tables everywhere making it harder for a person in a wheelchair to get a great view too).
Next time we're in town (once every ten years) we'll have to spurge and try the rotating restaurant.

We had lunch there. Based on other reviews was not sure about dining there, must I must say the food and service were very good. Do it on a day when the weather is good and the view will be spectacular!

The elevator ride to the top is fun. The views are OK. It is far from the tallest structure in Seattle. Once is more than enough.

Enjoyed the connecting monorail, the 360 degree view and the 1960's ambience. The monorail is great and takes you to the needle. Don't miss the glass sculpture garden at the base of the needle.
