Granted, this is another Big Tower (much like CN Tower) but don't miss it. The views on a clear day are spectacular, and the 50th anniversary themed music and radio makes a great atmosphere. Gift shop is reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise.

“Enjoyed view”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

Crowded but was able to see mountains in the distance. Great day for the view. Appreciated the complimentary photo taken that we were able to email home to family and friends. The shops near the needle offered great souvenirs at bargain prices.

“Great view”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

Very similar to the CN Tower but in better shape and very well maintained. Good entry price ($19) and an amazing view. I recommend everyone to go at sunset when there are clearer sky.

“A must see historic landmark”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

The Space Needle is like a museum, a ride and a restaurant all in one. It has a very distinctive architecture, and you feel like you are back in the 60s when it was built. I visited the private resaturant on the first "deck". It was very Nice With a good bar and decent Food. Great view of downtown Seattle. The observation deck at the top is magnificent and you can see several kilometers in every direction. The needle also has a good gift shop at ground Level. I was at the Space Needle on an event hosted by Microsoft so I have no opinion on prices or value for Money. If you're ever in Seattle you must visit the Space Needle.

“Worth The Trip”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

Be sure to make this spot a priority on your visit. Make a reservation and enjoy lunch atop the tower in the View Restaurant, and spend time taking photos from the observation deck. When we were there, we had PERFECT Seattle weather with 80 degree temps, and sunny, clear skies. We had a fantastic visit to the city and to the tower! We actually visited in September, 2010, but I didn't have that date selection for this review.
