I stayed here with some hesitancy based on the reviews. I work for a nonprofit and needed low-cost lodging for a couple of nights on a business trip. The people that run this motel are really, really, really nice and very helpful. The room was fine. The motel is not the newest or fanciest motel in Seattle, but I don't understand what people expect when they are paying significantly less than other motels. The room had everything a person would expect in motel: air conditioning and heat, hot water, cable, a comfortable bed, comfortable furniture and closet space. It was quiet at night and I got a good night's rest. This place is great for the cost and will suit you fine if you do not expect 5 star accommodations with a 1 star price tag.‎

non english speaking staff, paint peeling from walls, no internet available, breakfast was cold cereal and old milk on a counter top, dirty carpet, very old furnishings, not a good area of town, no deadbolt or chain on door, bathroom window did not shut, spray paint peeling off bathtub. not worth more than about 10.00 per night. they have hourly rates too..go figure the illegal business must be keeping them in business.

NO not a good value at all.

The rooms are gross. Rug needed to be trashed years ago as did everything else in the room. Paint was peeling off the walls and there were bare spots where it had already been peeled away (possibly the crack heads took care of it when they were tweeking). The room smelled and the bathroom was dirty. The people checking in behind us look like they had been living on the streets for quite awhile. The area is industrial and didn't feel safe. We opened the door, looked around and headed back out to find somewhere inhabitable. Thank you Hotels.Com for saving us by finding us another place to stay.

Stay away from this hotel! We checked in, went to our room and noticed it had not been cleaned at all. There were wet, bloody towels on the floor. There were used condoms in the bathroom. The beds were unmade. There were puddles on the bathroom floor. Open personal care items were left in the bathroom. It was 2:00 am. We went back to the front desk and requested a refund to find another hotel. They said there were no refunds but they would clean the room. They said this was the last room.

We ended up eating the cost of the room but refused to stay where who knows what health hazards lurk.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

They did not have my reservation when I arrived despite recieving an e-mail confirmation. I had to pay for a more espensive room upon arrival. There was red splatters all over the curtains. Blood??? The bedroom has no curtains except the see-through kind. The room reeked of bleach as if something as if some massive cleaning was attempted. It is in a part of town where it's all warehouse buildings, virtually no life going on. We took the mattress to living room, next to the couch under the blood splattered curtains to sleep because there was nothing to block anyone from seeing into the room in the bedrooms. NOT a pleasant night of sleep, in fact we got little sleep worry about WHY there was red blood splatters on the curtains! The room was old, the stove and oven looked at least 40 years old. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

This place was dirty and gross. We had reservations, when we arrived, we had to wait 1 hour to get into our room. The room was very dirty, walls had "spot" paint all over that was different colors. The shower dripped. It smelled. There were homeless looking guys going into the laundry room downstairs with employees, then coming out a minute later, looked like drug deals going down. The owner/manager offered us a ride in his "limo" to the baseball game for "whatever you want to pay me". The limo was trashed with trash in the back. We took the ride and gave him $20. The ride was 2 miles and now I found out he charged my credit card $120 for the limo ride. The place is a nasty little place in the middle of a bad part of the city. The staff is sketchy and scamming me money.

I don't recommend this scuzz hole to my worst enemy.
