First of all Amy was wonderful. She made us feel like family during our tour. Her history knowledge of the Public Market Center was phenomenal. Without going on this tour we would have not appreciated the community serving as an incubator and supporter of farmers, artisans and small businesses, the Pike Place Market was charted by the City of Seattle to provide services for low-income individuals. The variety of food choices was excellent. Where could you taste smoked salmon, Crepe, home made sausage, clam chowder, Indian, Filipino, fresh fruit and natural greek yogart all in one location. This is the best value tour in the city. We would do it again.

The tour guide and the explanations were wonderful. We just felt a little short-changed since we only visited 8 of the 10 places that were originally offered. We were supposed to taste some wines and that didn't actually happen.

This tour was super fun & informative. We learned some great information about the history of the market, and our guide, Amy, was fantastic! The "bites" were all very good size & in total it was plenty of food for lunch. I highly recommend this tour!

We took visiting family on the Seattle Bite's tour in late September 2015. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the emphasis on market history. Amy was a terrific tour guide.

Amy was our guide for this 2 hour venture.....although "off season" (late September), the market was pretty active and she chose to use the little radio receiver devices. This proved to be a great idea because u could hear hear her even when standing 10-15 feet away - never had to strain to understand what was going on. The food on the tour was fresh, tasty, and varied (seafood to chowder to flatbread and more!). The vendors were prepared for our group of 5 and we never had to wait for the samples.
The market is vast and using this tour to gain orientation was perfect. Learning about the history of the place was enlightening and made it more interesting. Post-tour we spent another couple of hours on our own to savor more of the sights, sounds, and aromas!
