Rooms were very spacious and clean. Modern hotel. Were there for family fun and they had great shuttle service to Westlake Center and Space Needle area. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Only thing lacking is restaurants are about five blocks away (recommend Blueacre). Kid friendly hotel.

Nice interior to the hotel and an easy walk to West Lake and the monorail. Too bad the freeway hangs over I-5, which is unbelievably noisy!! We were doing a local Staycation on the "King Tut" deal and wished we had just slept at home. Too tired to enjoy the King Tut exhibit. Bummer!

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the Freeway and elevators!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. From the check in to the check out the stay was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 10th floor and the room was clean, new and really comfortable. Location was next to the freeway and within walking distance (10mins) to restaurants and a huge shopping mall.

We went on vacation to Seattle and Vancouver and wanted a hotel that was close to downtown and to the train station as well. The room was very spacious, except for the closet, I think it would only have fit 1 big suitcase and we had 2, so we left them on the living room area.

You can tell the hotel is very new. We had a king size bed and a couch and a dining area. The TV sits on the middle, so you can move it towards the TV or the couch.

Our room overlooked the highway, but it was not noisy.

We arrived late at night, so the restaurant was closed but the concierge provided us with some restaurants that delivered so we ordered with no problems.

Free breakfast the next day was good, waffles, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, potatoes and sausage. They had some fruit as well and juice.

I liked the shuttle a lot, the shuttle dropped us off at the Space Needle and then later at night (you have until 9 pm to be picked up) they picked us up at Westlake center which saved us on cabs, we were really tired of walking the whole day.

The room layout in this SpringHill Suites is pretty typical of the newer or remodeled versions of the hotel. I am not sure that I would call it a suite as much as it is a larger or longer room with the TV set up so that you can either watch it from the "living" area or the "bedroom" area. The bathroom is not near as nice at the newest SpringHill Suites that often separate the glass shower from the toilet. This one is a very basic tub, shower, toilet in one room with the sink outside of that room. They do have a shuttle that takes you downtown and a few other places. Breakfast was actually a lot better than I expected. One morning there was biscuits and gravy. The next sausage. Every morning there is the basic oatmeal, waffles, cereal and scrambled eggs.
