My husband and I had an unexpected 24 hour layover in Seattle on our way to Cambodia. As my husband had never been to Seattle, we picked the Four Seasons for its proxemity to the waterfront and Pike's Market. The rooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the large soaking tub, the ability to watch the news in the mirror while getting dressed in the morning, and the view of the water. Just like all Four Seasons stays, this one was fantastic. The only negative could happen anywhere...I left my jewelry pouch on the made bed. It had several irreplaceable items int it. I called within 45 minutes of checking out but they didn't have any of their staff members report it.

Great launching point to discover Seattle. Hotel is within walking distance of most tourist sites (underground, Pike Market, Monorail to Space Needle). Excellent Service and kid friendly. Special touches appreciated like the stuff animals for the children and the plate of cookies at check in. Pool and Spa relaxing after touring the town. Restaurant Art was delicious with excellent service. All the staff was very accomodating.

Room Tip: Harbor View

The Seattle 4S has an excellent location. A nice view of the harbor along with being near the Art Museum and Pikes Market. also very convenient to go jogging along the bay through very nice parks. I liked the decor of the hotel--light woods. Room was comfortable and well equipped to work in. Service was excellent as expected. The fitness room is also nice along with the pool. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. I found this 4S to have a customer friendly attitude beyond what I typically encounter when I stay at 4S in the US. I recommend it highly.

I definitely didn't like this hotel. The wi-fi only by payment is completely absurd in a hotel where I pay 750 USD a night (+ lunch)!!!; bathtub broken, unpleasant staff expecially because of the presence in hotel of Manchester soccer team: but this cannot be a justification. The building is too close to a factory and a highway, problem of steam and pollution. Finally, the price/rate is TOO HIGH for the quality the hotel provides.
I used to choose Four Season Chain because of its reputation: never more, I will be more careful in the future.
